Mario's at Arthur Avenue

John B, Timothy M (both VIP colleagues from my Benziger years at McGraw) and I met for an authentic Neapolitan cuisine lunch at Mario's Restaurant in the heart of "real" Little Italy, the Bronx.

While John was giving Timothy a walking tour of the neighborhood, I got an early start with my usual fare of oyster appetizers at Randazzo's Seafood Market. I get to be waited on at the sidewalk stand infront of the store as the owner personally shuck the raw oysters to my gastronomical delight.

Timothy was able to purchase his prized "hand-rolled" cigar at the legendary Italian Market. He indicated that the cigars were fairly priced; and was happy to bring them home (to Seattle) to smoke.
