Two hours before showtime, fans trickled in from Jersey, Connecticut and the suburbs of New York. The roar of the iron horses from Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn came to a screeching halt infront of the Yankee Stadium. At Babe Ruth Plaza, between Gates 6 and 4, there was the Good Ol'Dawg and several teams of "How May I Help You" squad were around to greet the fans. The gates opened, lines moved quickly for security check, my ticket was scanned under a reader, walked through the turnstile, and I was on my way to Luxury Suite 22. I was there to witness the Bronx Bombers trump the Baltimore Orioles 5-3. I was definitely at the "Home of Champions."
